"A one-off promotion to drive sales"


Buildbase were looking for an incentives provider to deliver a promotion in the Summer of 2015, jointly funded with their suppliers, to drive up trade customer spend and loyalty during a specific 10 week period. Every transaction over£50 was entered into a weekly prize draw, culminating in a main prize draw at the end of the promotion.

Avinity delivered a full end-to-end promotion consisting of: bespoke random prize generation (including spend analysis), a weekly and conclusive prize draw, managing product creation and ranging, own/ supplier product management and fulfilment and bespoke order processing, to include additional order communications to branch, and full customer service with winner management.

Due to the low purchase entry requirement, Avinity meticulously managed over 950 thousand lines of sales data for the random prize generator. Over 2000 prizes were fulfilled including: T-shirts, electrical goods, sports tickets, experiences,holidays and the conclusive prize selection of a car. Excellent customer services, with support to branches and winners, were delivered throughout the promotion window.
